PUTRAJAYA: The Election Commission (EC) has officially announced the key dates for the highly anticipated Johor and Negeri Sembilan state elections, scheduling the polling days a few weeks apart.
Johor voters will head to the polls on July 11, while Negeri Sembilan will hold its state election shortly after,Ā on August 1.
Johor Election Timeline
EC chairperson Ramlan Harun detailed the critical deadlines for the southern state during a press conference in Putrajaya. The official campaign window for Johor will formally open following nomination day, with early voting taking place just days before the main polls.

Negeri Sembilan Election Timeline
